Roto-rooter showed up right on time. Gave a quote after looking at drain problem. Then they found that a section of kitchen drain was installed backwards hindering drainage and the use of their equipment. The techs then in formed me of the problem and offered to fix it for a small fee. Great job guys! Even cleaned up all of the mess they made. Very happy to use roto-rooter in the future. First call i make will be to them.
I had a sewer emergency, and due to their quick response, my sewer didn't back up into my home. I trust them and their expertise. Our technician, Rob, was great. He knew exactly what was goin on and kept us up to date as to what he was doin. Great service!!
Not impressed and will not be referring to anyone. Their cable broke in the line. Not only is being left there but I'm being billed for it.
I was impressed with the professionalism of Ryan and Tyler S. They knew what needed to be done and did it promptly. They also had computerized records of work that had been done on this house going back to the late 1990s, which was long before we bought this house.
Tyler's 2nd visit to my home, this time to replace the kitchen faucet that had been leaking badly. While he was here he recommended some additional work that should be done ... replacing the water shut-off valves under the kitchen sink and in the main bathroom. They definitely do need replacing as the water will not shut off from the valves presently in place (found out the hard way last Christmas when we had a bad backup). Also recommended perhaps a toilet replacement. Once I can get my finances in line, I will be calling again for the valve repairs. This company is so easy to work with ... the tech shows up on time and is knowledgeable & friendly as well as a great company representative.
