I would have given them no stars if it were possible. The staff here needs retraining! Rude, clueless and down right DIM in their intelligence! You place an order, go over it with them twice, and they still screw it up! Then when you get back in line to have them fix their error they cop a major attitude! The place is filthy. Tables are sticky and never cleaned or cleared. If the bathroom is any indication of the cleanliness of the kitchen, RUN!!! This entire operation should be investigated by the health department and SHUT DOWN!
The food was definitely better than at other Panera locations I've been too. The place was slammed, but that's the lunch rush for you. I didn't see problems with staff or cleanliness, either.
All in all, I got my food without getting annoyed and it was food worth eating. A solid 4 stars.
My husband ordered Bacon Tky Sdw it had an 1/2 inch piece of Bacon on eachis half of sdw. Your a little cheap on the Bacon on a $8.19 Sandwich. We will not be back and I will tell all and post.
Food was good. It was a bit cold though when it was suppose to be hot. I wouldn't have mind it so much but then there was no microwave to heat up our cold food...... I would suggest getting a microwave cuz other paneras have em.
Terrible service. Food comes out cold or wrong and they refuse to fix it. I'd give zero stars if I could. Btw I ordered on the kiosk. Whatever you do don't move from your table. All I did was put my stuff down for 30 seconds to regroup myself because I had other customers literally pushing me out of the way. So it assigned me to that table. The staff is so stupid that they keep going back to that first table. I mean come on after two attempts you keep going back to the wrong f table? What about looking around when you send out other peoples food. After a half hour I go up and ask for my food. It's ice cold and they refuse to make another because it's past breakfast. As I was eating my ice cold sandwich, I ordered for my in-laws o my phone thinking I have better luck. Well, 15 minutes go by. They arrive. They wait another 15 minutes. When the food finally arrives. It's cold and wrong. It gets fixed, but only after marching back in and demanding it gets fixed. I will go back to this establishment again. I know why they went high tech because they don't leave room for real customer service. I'll help out my local bread shops. At least they know how to say sorry and make it up before I leave the establishment.
